The Department of Workers’ Claims would like to welcome you to our Online Open Records Request Service.
Virtually all documents can be requested through this online portal, with exceptions noted below. Click here. for more detail to help guide you through your online experience.

Online Requirements for Requests
  1. Document requests must be non-certified to be retrieved online. Certified records may be requested for and paid for online, but certified records will be mailed to the requestor.
  2. Payment must be made online via credit card.
  3. Once payment is received, within 2 to 5 days requestors will be provided with a link to a .zip file containing the requested documents.
  4. Pre-employment requests must be mailed to our office. These will not be processed online
